We’ve established what works and what doesn’t and are going to keep on moving towards your goals with monthly assessments thrown in to make sure we’re all on track. Packages include:

Hero Training Package

For those with a specific goal in mind – such as Dragon boating across the Channel to competing in your first triathlon, you'll need a highly tuned training programme. As ex professional athletes we know what it takes to achieve almost untouchable goals. Packages include:
- Comprehensive fitness testing - inc. strength & power tests
- Body composition analysis
- Pre, post and during training / competition nutritional advice
- Training programme with email support
- 30 min sports massage per month
- (Save £180 with a buddy training discount )

Monthly Trainer

An affordable way to access sports specific training with top class trainers. This package is aimed at self motivated individuals who want input into their training without the expense of weekly sessions. Regular assessments, updated programmes and feedback ensure your performance is constantly moving forward.
